Got excellent company for tonight. My good friend Chris is visting from Copenhagen. Just chillin now and then off to a private dinner in a couple of hours.
Dom Perignon is in the fridge (no mediocre champagne with a mixologist friend), the vodka in the freezer and all set. Last time I spoke to the host we were up to 25 people for dinner. Joy.
Asked Chris to suggest a NYE drink so here you go:
Air Mail
1. Shake with ice:
* 6 cl golden rum
* 1,5 cl lime juice
* 1 teaspoon honey
2. Pour it on fresh ice (champagne or high ball glass) and top with champagne as you like
