In Berlin stands this impressive construction. A bunker built in 1942 to house civilians in case of an attack.
The old fellow has a long history which includes everything from being a storage for exotic fruits in the 50es, an exhibition space for O. Elliasson and the location of various S/M, fetish and erotic parties up through the 80es and 90es.
In 2003 it became private property and was renovated over the following four years. It now houses the owner’s collection of contemporary art and can be visited by appointment only.
