- and no, this post has no relation to Berlin but if you didn’t know Boney M was an invention by German producer and singer-songwriter Frank Farian (does the Milli Vanilli scandal ring a bell?)

I’ve had this refrain on my mind since yesterday and it has been KILLING me that I couldn’t remember neither band nor song title.

- And how can you explain that refrain to anybody and get a serious answer? Especially when your singing skills could be better.

Just discovered it last night though it’s been out since some time last year. On Berlin label Get Physical.

Berlin based duo Booka Shade release their new album on April 26. I have their two other albums Movements and Sun and the Neon Light and most tracks from first album Memento so will probably add the fourth to my collection.

Been a fan of their recognisable sound since I (too) became aware of them through their 2005 hit Body Language (M.A.N.D.Y vs. Booka Shade).
